Meet the Team
Kent Myers
Senior Managing Director Investments
Kent has more than 15 years of Texas-based commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily property and distressed debt sales. Since 2006, Kent has closed more than 17,500 units in 26 different cities in Texas including all of the major metros. Kent has also materially participated in multiple note sales and distressed debt workout opportunities and is an active investor in Texas multifamily himself. Kent is among the top producers in Texas and is consistently ranked among the top agents in the firm. Kent has been honored multiple times with Marcus & Millichap’s Sales Recognition Award and the prestigious National Achievement Award.
Kent is originally from the Houston area and was a real estate investor prior to joining Marcus & Millichap. Outside of real estate, Kent has also competed internationally racing road and mountain bicycles. When not working or on the bike, Kent enjoys spending time on Lake Austin.

Nico Bianchi
Senior Associate
Nico Bianchi joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2019 as a Research Analyst for the Myers Multifamily Group and soon thereafter transitioned into the role of Associate Broker. Nico focuses on secondary and tertiary markets throughout Texas and aims to assist his clients with high-quality service and pertinent information about their market to help them make the best decisions for their business.
After spending two years in the student leasing industry, Nico stepped into his role with a strong familiarity of apartments and what it takes for one to be operated effectively. Student leasing is where Nico developed a strong desire to pursue sales as a means to build relationships and help his clients achieve their investment goals.
Nico is originally from the Dallas area and moved to Austin to attend The University of Texas. When not in the office, Nico loves to be active by spending his days exploring the beautiful parks of Austin or playing recreational sports. He is also actively involved in Red Rocks Church.

James Latimer
Associate
James is an Associate for the Myers Multifamily Group and represents private investors in the purchase and sale of multifamily assets throughout the Austin market.
Prior to joining the Myers Multifamily Group, James worked for IPA Texas multifamily, a division of Marcus & Millichap, as an Analyst Intern where he began developing his knowledge of multifamily markets across the state of Texas.
James is originally from Southern California and moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration. When not in the office, James enjoys playing golf, keeping up with his favorite sports teams, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Adam Liroff
Associate
Adam brings a comprehensive understanding of market trends across secondary and tertiary markets in Texas. Passionate about fostering long-term relationships, he is dedicated to helping investors make informed and impactful decisions in the multifamily sector.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Adam spent several years in management consulting and business development, where he engaged with clients across multiple industries, gaining valuable insights to deliver tailored, results-driven strategies.
Originally from Northern Virginia, Adam earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. When not in the office, he can be found at one of Austin’s many live music venues or cheering on his alma mater at a local sports bar.
